Prices

Our prices vary depending on different factors, such as type of building, complexity of design, foundation, windows, roof covering, interior design, communications, etc.

  • Building Houses or sauna: form 420 €* per 1m2 of floor area.
  • Only the Log frame: from 145 € per 1m2 of floor area.
  • Renovation of the wall: from 7.00 € per  1m2 of wall.
  • Replacement of the beam: from 25 € for the current meter.
*The indicated price includes:

  • The foundation;
  • Log cabin;
  • Roof construction;
  • Roof cover;
  • Windows and doors;
  • Insulation;
  • Finishing works;
  • Electric wiring;
  • Plumbing;
  • Chimney;
  • Fireplace or bath stove;
  • Construction works.
The price does not include:

  • Technical project
  • External Communications
  • Heating sistem
  • Transportation costs
  • Painting work
  • VAT 22%

ALL PRICES ARE AVAILABLE UNDER “DESIGNS” SECTION, SEPARATE FOR EACH OF THE DESIGNS.

We offer also:

  • Log cabin Technical projects,3D, and their coordination.
  • Bio-drainage system and water supply.
  • Real stone foundation.
  • Log cabin made of beams more 30cm diameter.
  • Thatched roofs, and roofs of wooden shingles.
  • Wooden, aluminum,or plastic windows and doors.
  • Fireplaces, stoves, heaters, and chimneys.
  • Manufacture of modern furniture.

Payment must be made by installments:

  • 20% of the price on the day of signing the agreement;
  • 30% of the price on the day of delivery;
  • 40% of the order, during the installation of home;
  • 10% of the price on the day of finishing all works.
